Galeoth's Sanctuary / Re: What if?
« on: May 21, 2013, 12:30:05 pm »
I agree with shino , if the US didn't stopped Japan in the Pacific , Japan would have ended up ruling over all the seas.So even if the russians managed to hold the axis , Japan would have ultimately attacked them from Asia.China would be finnaly forced to join the axis under japan's pressure and after the sudden stop of ressources comming from Russia.

EVEN IF the Russia wouldn't have been completely conquered , the tirth reich would have succeded in invading UK , from witch they could pinpoint and strike trought the world.

USA just a minor part of the war in Europe. Russians would've won anyway.

D-Day was the event that managed to take  Germany down.Russia would probably have failed without the help of the allies.

Galeoth's Sanctuary / What if?
« on: May 21, 2013, 06:55:58 am »
With the birth of galeoth's sanctuary , multiple members came to talk elegantly about stuff. So I am creating a new topic - What if?

In here i will ask a what if question every now and  then about what would have happened if ____________________ , trought history. If you wish to reply make sure you know what I'm actually asking , and quote the question when you do so.

First question:What if The United States never joined WW2(world war 2) ,would Nazi germany succed or fail?Argument your answer.

I recently found out that the 2nd biggest country in the world(after mother russia) is Canada. At first I was like "that can't be true , there must be bigger countries then that in africa or asia".But then I looked at the map and shitted my pants.

Just going to point one from the warcraft lore. Not my favorite of all(i just can't choose) but deffinetly my favorite character in warcraft.

He's just too awesome.Started as a starving slave he united all the orc clans , cured the orcs from the blood pact(50%)  and founded a new homeland. And not to mention all the ****  he did in WoW.A true legend.

Hi Shin,

It doesn't matter who misunderstood who. Actually I just want to say that.. Aero deserves a happy life. And if giving up this project can help him achieve that, I really think that he should do that.

Okay, NOW I understood.
And I have to disagree with you in one thing
.
.
.
Misunderstoods DO matter, if they happen they can turn into death and death is not good.

What do I mean? Let's put like this: Everyone in the forum posted here in a way like this "Aero, the campaign is awesome, it would be sad for you to stop, but if it's your decision, I'll respect :)." which is similar what some people posted. BUT, let's say that Aero's english was cursed or something and then he misunderstood the posts for something like this "I don't care what you do. Just do what you want.". He would feel so sad and hurt that he REALLY would stop doing the campaign...think about it :P.
If people said "No! I didn't want you to stop...really, I'm so sad...but...I can't stop you, can I :'(", he could also misunderstood for this "No! Don't stop! I didn't give you the permition to do so!" and, again, stop doing the campaign, thinking that the people aren't valuing him. In the worst case scenario, he could use his admin-god-like powers to kill us all via internet :o! Or stalk us in real life until we kill yourselves!

See? Misunderstoods can be dangerous, I tell you :o!

Wow...Just wow.

Damn killa you make us weep in here.I wasn't on the old forums(even tough I played some alpha vers) but I wish I was.I remember chatting with Aero and Flecky(yes , flecky , he knows the dude for longer then you might think) about the "old times".From what I understood , the main people who helped and got Aero's attention were Kitabatakae(hope I spelled that right)  and Killa(especially Killa).

It's nice to see someone who knew aero since the start and is still with us , today , still supporting him.

Weather or not you give up Aero , know that your work wasn't in vain as you might think , you brought joy     and laughter with the campaign , you created some bonds with the website. You might not remember now but when we first met(on hive)  when I created a message  in which I tell you about how Even Icefrog has something to learn from you , you thanked me for bringing your morale up(your PC wasn't working or something). And hopefully the comments of this thread will do the same.

Items? Start creating some awesome ideas then!

kay. but i don't bother with names, just descriptions like black.

->>-

<activate> for 20 seconds, all spell costs are negated, but received damage is doubled. #mediocre cd

<activate> the user transfers 40% of his max health into a chosen area spot. later he can return to that spot to heal himself for the same amount (ooo, quite absurd isn't it? spooky). #long cd

<activate> balances the health and mana of the user and his chosen target (so i.e. if user has 25% of max health left and target has 75% of max, both are brought to 50%). can also work both ways, so that if your target has less % health left than you, you'll actually lose out. #long cd

<passive> converts all health regeneration into mana regeneration.

<passive> carrier receives bonus damage the less health he has. upon healing, the bonus damage withers away into dust.

<passive> when carrier's health/mana goes below certain amount, some health/mana is transferred into health/mana depending on what the carrier is lacking of.

-<<-

Yeah at least someone understands the true risks that would make this game sick

Active/deactive spell(like mana shield). As long as this mode is active every kill the caster makes gets him some mana while damaging him.

Single target spell(with aoe)-The target recieves a negative buff named blood curse(for about 20 seconds) while all other enemies in 500 aoe near him recieve charged blood(until  main target dies). All the targets with charged blood will attack the target with blood curse as long as he looses x health after the spell is cast. Also if one of the charged blood creatures kills(last hit) the main target , blood curse is automaticly casted on him for another 20 seconds while all alies attack him(and it goes on forever).LONG CD
