It's not like anyone else didn't have nice English in here... Nope, it's just not possible.

Anyhow, first post of the new year. Is everyone still enjoying their holiday or why could this happen?

So you want chat to be removed or what?

That's what the nerf, wipe and pull off stand for in there.

It's easy to see when you're serious...the problem is to see when you're kidding.

So am I serious or just kidding for you? :3

Well, if i understood your post correctly(as if i did!) you're saying that there are many useless things in the forum and that the forum itself is almost useless, and it's only useful when Aero posts some news and stuff(because...well, they're about the development of the campaign). Well, it's a fact that the only topics that are kept alive are the ones that are directly(and completly) related to the campaign.

You'd not see this coming from me, but right now I think even Facebook would be more useful a place to stay at rather than this rotten hell. Here's my dramatic point; Black and hamza are gone, Aero is... well, random as he always is, Chimto disapproves of most content (that is, everything else but development) and Doom doesn't have the time. What else would you need for a sweet disaster? (Although I give Aero that randomness, within the light it's annoying but during the darkest of times here, it really pays tribute.)

About the chat...a development blog? I understand you point of view, but it sounds wrong to me. Firstly, the chat is empty(Aero doesn't count :P) most part of the time(or, at least, when i'm there ::)).

It's somewhat like this when I'm in there:

Me: How are you (insert name here)?
(Anyone else but Aero): Campaign.

Aha...

PS: I read you spoiler again and...i really hope you aren't the kind of guy that likes irony(...oh, wait!)

Uh, I probably did it just for you, but I really don't know how you reacted to it.

chat be called as one? If anything, it's a development blog right now. If you wanted, you would probably find some information about the universe's birth there, so obviously something is very wrong. As such, no other approaches are made as the partakers either have keine Lust or no capability of the sort. So could it be nerfed?

Why should people be eligble to post new threads? Thus far only Aero's threads have had any success with longetivity, plus introductions are extinct and some folks create threads for subjects that already exist. Merging them and the like is just unnecessary work that could've been avoided. So could it be wiped?

Why should people be eligble to post new replies? At increasing rates, community members are showing lacking BB-code knowledge, including but not limited to failures at quoting (which is basic at its best). Again, only Aero's posts seem to show any signs of intelligence. It's not like people would even notice the feature gone, nor mind it if they did. So could it be pulled off?

In one word: DODGEBALL

But seeing it's ineffective to pass you the message with a single word, here's the full concept: the boss cannot be attacked in any conventional methods, the boss attacks you with avoidable auto-attacks plus occasional events which you obviously have to dodge.

To finish the fight, you could either add a certain time the player has to survive until something occurs that the boss won't be fighting anymore/dies. Or you could add objects the player has to activate to damage the boss (with sufficient cooldown periods between activation of course) as another example. But at least ANYTHING, ANYTHING else than this meat soup we've had to swallow for years (I like fish soup by the way).

There are (or at least has been, since Warcraft is dying) thousands of mapmakers who can make these kind of conventional-method boss fights where you just damage the boss with auto-attacks and abilities (and do I even have to point out the fact that there's nothing else but just your GEAR into it; I must've legendaries to beat the elite and epic bosses later in the game which in turn requires farming), but there's only a couple of mapmakers who can be DIFFERENT.

Everyone knows you have the skill to do it, but only God knows why you don't have the interest to do so. It'd bring a new opportunity to advertise the campaign! Why are you wasting it?

Are you criticizing me, the map, the rpg industry, Aero, my post, or you aren't criticizing anything at all :D?

The map and therefore Aero just as much. I feel that your effort to bring this case up will be in vain, for even though Aero probably keeps fixing bugs and balance the bosses as is necessary, dat-da-dah, it stops short right there.

So the first time Aero creates a boss, kewl, it's nice. The second time you'll have a familiar feeling. Finally, the third time and onwards, you should get this deja vu -feeling that "hey, haven't I lived this moment before?".

All this because Aero either will or will not create a non-combat boss fight, whilst waiting for it (if it's to come) we'll have to suffer the pain of repetition.

Angel Stage:
Spoiler (hover to show)

Welcome to the 2012 of RPG industry; there are ideas and there are some flawless suggestions... there's just no response from the creators themselves. So basically, since this is a bit similar feedback, and now that you've posted it, you should expect to receive cricket chirping in return for your time.

Yes there are: "I'm impatient to wait, just take my money (despite the campaign being F2P) and let me play!"

And for this to be legit: Good job with the links for once.

Oh, no-no-no, you don't want to be talking about 'doubt'. It is a pest and thanks to your will shall be born concrete if there's someone afraid of it. Keep your dreams at bay.

Looks like somebody is trying to corrupt this thread.

Plant yourself on the point, mister! And honestly, GIMP 2 is one versatile option to resize your images. It's much prefered to suit an image's size depending on the case, instead of being lazy and screwing up something.

Answer: i think it's "Why".

Well, come on now, what's become of that option? ;p

Uh...another parody?

What? Is it boring or why? ;p

If it isn't serious at all, why is it posted here? ... Well, it doesn't seem unrelated though.

Exactly why it is here.

Warning: The following suggestions may be insultive, and should they be, you ought not to have read them.
...But please, do go ahead and read them nevertheless.

Pre-purchase versions

The top priority of the campaign should be to make money; the donations themselves are just too little to cover up everything. Since there are some idiots who are too impatient to wait for the next version, why not create a payment system to allow these hasty fellas to satisfy their addiction by pre-purchasing the versions in advance?

Say, with 0,50$ charged for every minor and 2,50$ for every major version, a decent profit could be made. These versions should then be released officially a week after the pre-purchase versions to encourage everyone to buy them. Those few who actually wouldn't pre-purchase could then be named as "Free to Play" -players.

Automated help service

We all know it; the campaign is too hard to be comprehended for an averagely intelligent player. Therefore, it's constatly seen as a stream of help requests that consume our valuable time. There has got to be a solution to reduce the numbers of these damn folks. And here it is:

Automated aka bots as the help service. When the player in need of help asks a question, the bots automatically redirect them to pre-written answers and solutions, so all there has to be done is to write the answers beforehand. And should there be questions that are not already answered, well, who cares? It happens so seldom anyways, given those players.

Replay value

One very simple way to increase the game's replay value by A LOT is to make the players farm more and more. It doesn't need much of a description here; raise the item and recipe prices by 50 times to effectively increase players' replaying of the campaign by 100 times (since they want to get two units of each item, one to be used on business days and the other to be used on holidays).

-A parody after Michael O'Leary's statements
Fly on, Michael! ;) And hope you didn't take it serious, reader.
