Hell / Elite Boss In Chapter 4!

This version is strange! Don't have any fairies, and the wisp (in melee) replaced it. How I can find the Elite Boss in this swamp, I know i have 1 second to click on wisp but, it don't appear now. after I defeated Boss Slurgal.

I have three items: Elixir, Potion of Life and Nio Flower from Magic Garden, but when I come to see Master Alchemist, he did not combine it! Help me!
