First off let me say, the fundamental concept of setting up a FB page to bring more people to check out the campaign isn't a bad one. But in this case I think the Hive Workshop brings a lot more people.
In regards to FB, first off let me say I completely understand what you mean AS I too am no fan of FB. However, I see the advantages of having a page there, especially for the various game offers. What did I do? I setup an FB page with no info about me besides a picture and maybe my birthday! Do I ever use it, not Very often.
Shin, to track down who setup that page he merely followed the link to m'asia gamer clicked info and noticed wsaww's name as part of a URL the guy listed as his webpage. Certainly a simple thing to do
The main thing with the internet is consider what information will get out and who will get it, AS couldn't be more correct that it's probably not a great idea to have such a large database of information on people accessible to people like the Government. (The less they know the better!) That being said, if you aren't concerned with how people may be able track you down for God only knows what reasons, feel free to keep posting there and every other site, after all there are certainly some social advantages
