Some of the items in TCO already have an "alignment". Items like:

Spoiler (hover to show)

Sound more evilish so you could have a better chance of getting those items if you make unethical decisions in the campaign.

And Items like:

Spoiler (hover to show)
sound more righteous


Also, the reward for morality doesn't have to be items. It could give help for quests, hints or secret quests???

Well ask aero but blazing shield and horseshoe are in the item editor in world edit(1.6f)

If they are gone, then just ignore some of those ingredients. But just tell me how you guyz feel about it and I can try to think about other ideas if you want me to!

Ok I found the info on blazing shield in world editor:

Increases the armor of the Hero by 10 when worn. Every time the wielder is attacked there is a 10% chance that a wave of healing energy comes forth to heal 1600 hit points of the wielder and up to ten nearby friendly units. |c00FEBA0E|nQuality: |c00FF0303Legendary|c00FEBA0E. |nClassification: |c0020C000Jewel|c00FEBA0E. |nStory: |c0020C000-|c00FEBA0E.|r

I saw in the pictures that you took my advice on font (black chancery)!! Is it a definitive decision? If it is, nice choice!!

About chapter 8, I would like an epic fight with kitablade!! this guy looks so amazing congrats for the model!!

Besides that, make the fortress a bit bigger, I think it should be a bit more important. If you have room, make it a bit bigger than troll village cuz u know, it's pretty big on the world map for what it is in reality.

Also, give Galeoth a bit more importance. I found that phodom and fradtz are in most of the cinematics and galeoth doesn't talk alot. It would be nice that he gets separated from his friends just a little while to test his strength alone.

Thanks for being receptive to my ideas, it's an honor. I feel like I can help a bit like the old days.  :)

Some items that are already in the campaign could have synergy together. I have few ideas:

-First, I don't understand why you removed gold set and platinium set in the new campaign!
 Just make a gold set with

   >ITEMS:   golden Idol, coin sword and golden trophy
   >EFFECT: +400% gold, 70% crit hit, +110% experience, +1500 Hit Points, +35% chance to inflict
                   aoe damage to enemies around the hero, + [click on the gold set item]: turn a corpse into a golden skelleton that heals friendly units HP=amount of gold in your reserve.(triggers triggers...)

   >PLATINIUM SET(very expensive cost): gold set+silver set (+if you want bronze set...new item maybe???) : all abilities combined + 40 to all stats


-Second, Lucky set with :

    >ITEMS: lucky clover + lucky dice + lucky horseshoe + widger queen's ring + greedy armor
    >EFFECT: +70% gold, +18 luck, +50%steal chance, +1 dig power, +20 armor, +80%critical damage, +100%experience, +[click on the item ability]:turn a corpse into a wheel of fortune that you can hit and gain random amount of gold when it dies(triggers triggers...)

-Third combine the medals together and call it MEDAL OF HONOR LOL!!!!

   >ITEMS: Medal of aider,friendship,heroism,power,valor,savior
   >EFFECT: combine all of them + give AURA OF HONOR to the wielder: +80% health and mana regeneration to surrounding units(range 900)

-Fourth, DECIMATE TOOL

   >ITEMS: decimation+decimator
   >EFFECT: +190 damage, +25 strength, +50%crit damage,+25%attack speed,+20 health regen,Every attack deals (STR) bonus damage. When the Hero kills an enemy, it explodes dealing (STRx10) damage to nearby enemies.

-Fifth, Charging elemental stone (restarts at charge = 1 and each kill gives a charge)

   >ITEMS: Icy crystal,Power hammer,Sword of haste (they all need to be fully charged)
   >EFFECT: combine the full stats of items + each attack has a chance(1/3) to have : (1)Fire dmg(fire orb) = strength of hero * XXX% , (2)lightning damage(lightning orb) = agility of hero * XXX%, (3)Ice damage(ice orb) = intell of hero * XXX%          (XXX = nuber of charges in the item)(triggers triggers!!!)

-Sixth, Composite armour

   >ITEMS: guado armour, killer armour, gorgo armour, juggernaut armour, Enchanted Leather Armor, Mage armour
   >EFFECT: combine all effects and add reduce magic damage by 25%

-seventh, composite shield

   >ITEMS: plate shield + steel round shield + wooden round shield + tower shield + skull shield + blazing shield.
   >EFFECT: combine all effects and add spellshield amulet ability(cooldown 100 seconds)

-seventh, composite boots

   >ITEMS: chain pants, speed boots, great speed boots, electro boots
   >EFFECT: combine all effects and add evasion +20%

-eight, composite helm

   >ITEMS: Frog hood, stogo helmet, doom helmet, azure visage, rogue's hood
   >EFFECT:combine all effects and add invisibility during the night(like night elves camouflage)

-ninth, Composite equipment (you see me coming??!!!)(synthesis shop)

   >ITEMS: Composite helm+ composite armor + composite shield + composite boots + diamond
   >EFFECT: combine as many effects as you can and add [Click on the item ability]: mountain king avatar during like 25 seconds (or 5 second divine shield)

That's it for now, think about it. I'm sorry if I'm giving you a hard time programming the triggers, I know there is a lot. But you are very good and so far, there are so many complicated triggers in the campaign.

By the way, for chapter 8, the new troll village(see attached image) looks AWESOME compared to the first alpha versions. But why did you remove the crystal maze in the middle and the obelisk puzzle? it was nice!!

Lol I remember "cheating" in chapter 7 cuz there was double boxes bug and I doubled all the great items lol. I had 2 dragon busters!
Now the campaign looks near perfect!

Talloon looked Important to me, the way he talked and his wiseness.

Also, a lot of common people view dragons as green most of the time and talloon is green so it would be nice to see him.

Can you make an animated campaign screen with a fight or just a character not moving?? just curious

Great idea for the prologue!

-how to use certain shops that you have to click onc and present all of them so users can recognize they are shops ( example: shaman shop, honor shop etc)

Sorry Sorry!!

I just meant a small detour from the campaign like what aero did with racing game,tower defense game,all those puzzle, order, color, riddle, whatever game you know??

Just a small arena like gladiator's with 2 opposing bases and you build up sum forces to have a small melee you know?? Nothing too big like age of empires or old school warcraft but a small footmen battle or summons battle or sumthing....

I agree with you, tco is awesome RPG and  I'm sick of ladder games too, i played like 2000, but I luv some big massacre once in a while :)

Items like chain pants, scynthe of annihilation, juggernaut armor, stogo helmet,greedy armor, those bear claws things, it would be fun if they were part of a set or a synthesis cuz u get them when your heroes are full of nice recipes or set items and you just never use em.

Also, I just think of an idea. Maybe some of those items could give bonus from the boxes so you just don't keep them forever as an ornament for the box.

To be more clear for xavorn, I was just saying the synthesis shops (4) are great throughtout the campaign but it would be nice if there was new ones adding up as the campaign advances(every 2 or 3 chapters).

This would maximize the use of every item in the campaign. Aero found nice icons and he took time to put lots of items, so it would be nice if they could all participate a little bit to the fun :)

For a new mini-game I would like to see sum old school warcraft strategy!!!

What is missing a little bit in this campaign is rts spirit. I know this is rpg but it would be nice to have just a little mini game with buildings,peasants,barracks,gold mine,etc. you know like warcraft?!?!
