Beta 1.5d to Beta 1.6
Introducion:
This version opens chapter 7, adds new features and remakes the gameplay. The new gameplay is more enjoyable and easier to control. Chapter 7 gives new characters, reveals some mysteries and finally you're able to fight the mysterious Siluze. Also if you have done some things in the earlier chapters correct you're able to see part of Fradz's secret at this point of campaign already. Good luck and remember that together we will make this campaign great.
Warning:
- I rushed last few days to actually create this new version so I'm more than sure there will be some problems. Fear not! I'll create in the next few days minor versions to fix all possible bugs.
- Because I remade some systems these things are not saved from your old save to the new: professions, spells and combat kings.
CHANGES:
- Chapter 7 is now opened.
- Boss points are now removed from the game. You can still change your Boss points to Honor points by writing this code: "-change".
- Remade all item, ability, spell, esper and all other descriptions: they are now shorter and easier to read.
- There is only fire, ice, and lightning spells now.
- Improved multiboard by a lot, added some new stats to it also.
- Added new combat kings and new spells. Combat Kings now only go up to level 5.
- Added some more tactical meaning to the battle: some abilities can do or use buffs called Brittle, Stagger, and Bleed. For example some other abilities can use these buffs to deal increased damage.
- Now Special abilities will increase by every level instead of every fifth level.
- All professionals are now universal.
- The Critical Damage bonus starts from 100% instead of 0%. The chance to do a Critical Hit is still 10%.
- Once again, more items.
- New Spell System: Instead of spell books you can easily use spells from left corner just like potions.
- The file size is now bigger because I imported some resources to the campaign. The expected file size in the end will be about 120mb to 140mb. I hope the file size won't be a problem.
- New balanced attack and armor types: Sharp, Blunt, Magic, Light, Medium, Heavy, Sturdy and Elemental.
- Now some enemies are categorized as Summoned, Undead, Dragon and Monster. Some items and abilities can do extra effects to them.
- Now enemies won't do their abilities while stunned.
- The campaign is now optimized and protected. All thanks to Shadow Daemon for creating the awesome "campaign optimizator" program".
- Fixed some bugs.
Plan:
- I'll create a minor version where I'll add some new abilities before 1.7.
- Most likely the next major version will have chapter 8.
- Second option is that I'll now create all interludes up to chapter 7.
- Third option is that I'll remake chapter 3(I'll make this chapter bigger with one town and some quests).
- Fourth option is that I'll remake chapter 2 main quests and cinematics.
- I'll probably stream myself sometime soon playing the campaign from chapter 1 to chapter 7. That will be fun when I start to rage about bugs and stuff.

Yes.
The campaign is now optimized and protected. All thanks to Shadow Daemon for creating the awesome "campaign optimizator" program".
This fellow needs a place in the Credit List.
Now some enemies are categorized as Summoned, Undead, Dragon and Monster.
OK. I wonder why ch2 Epic Boss was categorised as neither Undead nor Monster. Odd.

Yeah Azureus can be obtained now finally. Actually it's first time ever! Just watch out closely, now it can be obtained from chatpers 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7! So watch it closely!

Because I was actually superb lazy and I only put enemies in chapter 7 to categories. The next minor versions I'll be focusing on fixing the other chapters and then I'll look more closely things like that.
It doesn't even matter right now because there's only one thing that currently uses this system....

It seems like I didn't have enough time to fix all the bugs so I postpone 1.6a to tomorrow.

Yea when 1.6a. Our webmaster is quite busy these days so I can't contact with him every day.
Also it seems like I wasn't fast enough to create that 1.6a today. Most of the time and frustration went fixing Heaven's Bless but at least that works now. Tomorrow new version!

hi,i wonder when the 1.6a will be able to download?Btw,I can use Heaven's Bless when using my save on chapter 6 but when I give up to use the new version it doesnt work in chapter 1,weird :)),and when I use Honor Point to buy combat king,it doesnt work,I cant see anything

your save game uses whatever version of TCO you were playing when you saved the game. To use the new version, you need to either load up a chapter or use Give Up
