I love the changes to phodom's packs.. except for the obvious fact that there are no luck packages. Fradz packages are cool except I never saw much point to the regen book but maybe others love it. Galeoth's Ice Crystal got the hell nerfed out of it (a needed change it was a bit OP!) but please make it 3 magic damage per charge 300 max charges. The General's Badge also kinda blows I recommend having this item instead.
Tome of Frost each 4 charges deal 1% of your magic damage to victims of your basic attacks, max charges 300.

Okay I added that "Lucky 7s".
Yeah, Galeoth and Fradz still needs their own lucky packs.
I really don't want to put % magic items that can stack. They become really imba later. If I'm gonna add & magic boosters they must be solid.
I made some calculations and results tell me that Icy Crystal is so **** compared to General's Badge so that's why I made it easy to get full quickly.
General's Badge at full: 120 magic damage, 1000 hit points, 20% critical damage, 4% evasion and so on. It's really good. Icy Crystal is only that 1000 magic damage.

Looks a bit UP. At full, it's only 20 armor. But it's so damn hard to charge it up.

Still looks quite UP. Even though it's much easier to charge it up now, we won't need it from, say, chapter 6. There are much better items available there.
Maybe increasing the maximum charge to about 300-400. That way it would be more useful for a longer period of time.
(And Armor is not a very useful attribute BTW... Most of the time we don't need it against mundane enemies, and the primary damage source for most bosses is spells, not regular attacks.)
Side note: You should add the new starting items to the Auction Hall too.

The starting items should be good enough for 1-6 chapters but after that they start to be bad. If you have an item over 20 armors then it's good even in the end of the game, I believe.
20 is like 30% damage reduction which is indeed good. 40 would be 50% or something.

The armor item is fine. 20 armor is very nice I once had a character with like 60 armor and I was like wow he takes so little damage.
