Starting from the highest priority to the lowest :
1. Life. 5 is OK.
2. Combat Kings Ressurection get 5/5 for the trio
3. Combat Kings Siphon Life 5/5 for Fradz (he's a glass cannon that's all right)
4. Combat Kings magic resist for the trio
5. Anything else

5/5 Resurrection
5/5 Magic Resistance
5/5 Trance for Galeoth
Some Siphon Life + Retaliation for Fradz
1st and 2nd tier Fire Spell upgrade
1st and 3rd tier Ice Spell upgrade
Give to Ozmo (chapter 6 elite boss) on 1st play through

I'm one of those scrubs who saves all his honor until he needs to use it because the game is getting too hard :P

So I'm on Chapter 7 with over 100 honor this play through lol

But I like to spend all my honor on combat kings! Siphon life, at least res rank 1 on each, ect.

1, Rage, Force blow and Siphon Life 5/5 for Fradz, they are just too good
2, 1/5 Resurrection for all, you can never know when will it come handy
3, 5/5 Magic resist for all
4, 5/5 Trance for Galeoth
5, 5/5 Resurrection late game

These are my must have combat kings, but I usually spend my honor for some other combat kings too, like parry for phodom, but they are not that important
