Okay, questions answered. And yes, I whined to the ones who keep the server of the website long enough. It seems like it finally worked and the website is working.
Now what is left is to motivate Xarwin to work on the website again. Any ideas how to motivate him?

i tried buying something online by throwing my money at the screen. nothing interesting happened though.

Okay, I laughed a lot after reading this :D.
So, if you want to motivate Xarwin I suggest you do this:
1. Buy him a present. It doesn't need to be expensive, but it would help be better if he like it.
2. Bring the present to him in person(don't send it!).
3. Sing a song that you made just for him that says that you really care for him, but not in gay way...Well, i don't know Xarwin's preferences, so perphaps in a gay way would work too ::).
4. If it doesn't work, keep repeating the process from 1 to 3 and one of these will happen:
- He will get so annoyed that will motivate himself to do the website.
- He will call the police and you'll be arrested for being a stalker.*
*If this happen, wait until you are free and do one of these:
- Repeat ALL the process from 1 to 3 again(and keep doing it until it works. Yes, that includes the possiblity of being arrested for some years).
- Give him money.
