The Chosen Ones

Aero, could you please tell if it is possible to start the game in the current version from the beginning and pick up the bonuses if I've finished the campaign in previous version? I mean to start from the prologue and choose "start from the end" - don't remember exactly how this is named (not from the "give up" and not a new game).
