I vote for remaking chapter 3 and focusing on chapter 8.

Chapter 2 main quest is short, but the optional quest is longer than chapter 1. I think nobody just pay a honor point to cross the river and go to next chapter..

About interclude, welll... you can create 3 of them for each major version or finish them after chapter 9.
