actually no, its one of the best items ever because of its high crit damage and amazing passive. also for the highest critical hit, crit damage is stronger than flat damage. so for example, 60% crit damage is worth more than 200 bonus damage.

rush ruby axe, rush francisca, max phodoms STR until chapter 9 and use blazing fury, speedyboost and that other attack boost i forgot about and give phodom full dmg/crit items and use path of power (then drop it and take another item) and phodom crits 40K

very bad attackspeed though, but just for the record
