So chapter 2 bug is now fixed but chapter 3 isn't?

So the game crashes instantly after you've made the first time all circles to same color?

EDIT: Can you give me your save if you have the bug?

With me it happens when I do all the color possibilities besides the last one and when I do it, it crashes.

By the way, I'm not sure if i should be posting here, but we're talking about fatal errors so...I had some in ch. 07 too, in the gladiator arena. The circumstances for it to happen are kind of random, so I don't know exactly the cause and they don't always happen. BUT I had 2 already and both happened while. fighting in the arena.
