I try not to care.
I have seen systems such as dis before in other mods for wc3 and other games entirely.It does make the campaign a little bit more unique(even if the level of "unique" is over 9k on this campaign) but it's really not that much.The effects themself don't do anything.The bleed isn't doing dps , the stagger isn't a real stun and I honestly don't know what brittle means.

They are there for other spells to take effect (25% bonus damage if the enemy is bleeding).That can sometimes be life-saving however once again 98% of the time a 25% bonus damage to a spell is equal to one attack of the character that is casting it.
