The Chosen Ones

I never seen a high magic ball so I have no idea about there power... But for the the others I think they are balanced. Perhaps you can add a little bit more magic ball because of, at least at the beginning, if you synthesis items, you didn't have enough ball left for carrying them.
About the 118%  , it's indeed too much. I suggest to limit the capacity to two(72%) or one(36%). Or, instead of increasing only magic damage, high magic ball (only high) could increase magic damage by 20% AND int(damage for Galeoth) by 10% or something.
