My favorites:

1. We Shall Go Forward - The Legend of Dragoon OST - Dart's Theme
2. Phodom's Theme - Final Fantasy VII - Cid's Theme
3. And then comes all boss fights songs. My favorite from the boss fight is Elite Boss - Nightwish- Sahara

Heh, I have all songs from Final Fantasy 6 and higher. I like to listen game music and I've over 20gb of game music(thousands of songs).  ;)
