Please forgive me again After Storm. I somehow lost inspiration to create my own format.

I got inspired by Starcraft so much that I decided to create this entry. Still, wielding Photon Cannons in Oelivert seems like a really bad idea ...

Blazing Photon Cannon

  • Passive: Blazing Photon Torpedo: Every attack against a unit  has a 10% chance to blast it with a shot from the Cannon, maiming it (AS & MS reduction by 40%) and causes it to take 20% increased damage for the next 10 seconds.
  • Active: Blazing Blast: Channeling for 3 seconds before releasing a powerful blast from the cannon. The energy wave travels 1200 range and heavily damages all units caught in the AoE. Units under this item's debuff will suffer Afterburn, taking additional damage over the next 10 seconds. This item's passive ability will be disabled for 30 secs following the usage of this ability. Cooldown: 60 secs.



Arctic Photon Cannon

  • Passive: Freezing Photon Torpedo: Every attack against a unit  has a 10% chance to blast it with a shot from the Cannon, freezing it (prohibits all actions except casting spells) and causes it to take 20% increased damage for the next 10 seconds.
  • Active: Freezing Blast: Channeling for 3 seconds before releasing a powerful blast from the cannon. The energy wave travels 1200 range and heavily damages all units caught in the AoE. Units under this item's debuff will suffer Frostbite, which kill a target immediately if its HP gets below 15%. This item's passive ability will be disabled for 30 secs following the usage of this ability. Cooldown: 60 secs.



Electric Photon Cannon

  • Passive: Electric Photon Torpedo: Every attack against a unit  has a 10% chance to blast it with a shot from the Cannon, purging it and causes it to take 20% increased damage for the next 10 seconds.
  • Active: Electric Blast: Channeling for 3 seconds before releasing a powerful blast from the cannon. The energy wave travels 1200 range and heavily damages all units caught in the AoE. Units under this item's debuff will suffer Electric Shock, depriving the unit of its ability to cast spells. This item's passive ability will be disabled for 30 secs following the usage of this ability. Cooldown: 60 secs.
