Rampage: Every successful hit has 4/8/12/16/20% chance to increase att speed by 5%. Last 10s and stacks indefinitely.
(This skill is undoubtedly designed for Fradz. That is my favorite char anyway

(This one can be used for all char, as depends on build it can deal massive damage: with decent gears in magic damage and magic %, it can become 2500 damage every 10 att means 250 magic damage per attack; or can proc very often and become a source of constant slow)
Holy enhancement(ver.2): the same with above, but cast "Holy light" that blinds enemy, make it miss on 20% of the attacks instead of slow (damage is the same)
(for there has been too many slow)
(Note: The 2 spells above can be good for eye candy
