Hello,

Not that close really. This took me over an hour to complete the format. And yeh, I will come back.

Well, in fact the head titles and normal titles, as an example, do relate quite closely to mine. But that's not the majority I wished to speak of, it was merely a sidenote, and as I said I like the comeback situation.

@Black's 2nd entry, stop the madness, it's a lot better compared to 1st entry, and it certainly is annoying, provoking and all that kind of stuff, giving the "oh my goodness" -feeling. :D

Hmm... "A lich-like resident" that wants peace... Next time someone doubts if dragons could be peaceful, I'll be to present them this, because a lich being peaceful is of a even lower chance.

I don't know what you guys are thinking but these entries definitely aren't puzzles. I just see some cinematic dialogues and bosses. Puzzles are about solving a problem and you need some brains to solve the problem not just killing some bosses.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puzzle

I don't say the bosses or the dialogues are badly done. I may even use them.

I'll extend the competition by one more weeks until we get at least two puzzles. Also I've improved the hint section(original post).

Hello,

Couldn't we replace them with minigames? Or do I confuse to a different competition?
Either way; Rage, everything got rejected!

...Did the "idea can be taken from other games, but please tweak it as your own" hint just appear out-of-nowhere? Or was it a rule?

Kk , you want puzzles , I give you puzzles :D.

So my ideea is - Nightmare recipe puzzle

The 2 heroes enter the area , there is one resident(he is sleeping).CINEMATIC

F:Let's wake him up!
P:Why should we?
F:Let's just do it!
P:You do it...residents are sometimes harsh.
F:Okey , I'l go scare him!
*Fradz screams*
P:Ouch ... that hurts...
F:He's still asleep.
P:Let's just leave him...
F:Let's not!Go , go lightning!
*Lightning bolt near the resident*
F:This guy must be tired as hell!
P:Yeah...how to wake up a tired guy?
F:Give him nightmares!
P:You can't "give" nightmares...
F:Of course ... One resident told me once that there is a recipe for nightmares ...All we need is:"A dead frog , an axe of a fallen executioner and 30 resident robes.

NR1-A DEAD FROG
A blessed frog comes in the area. There are 1 Light Guardian and 1 Light Priest near the frog. Now what to do-The light guardian has armor aura(+500) , The light priest has an epic heal(low cd , full healed). The frog has only X hp  alone , but it has a +250 attack aura  and +50 AS aura , while the guardians both have only 1(the frog also) dmg and avrenge attack speed.Th

HOW TO BEAT
The player must find out that everytime the Light Priest  heals 2 things happen:
1.The armor aura decreases(for x seconds , not forever)
2.The frogs casts a 15% freezy(stackable).
The player must find out that everytime the Light Guardian is beeing attacked 2 things happen:
1.The armor aura increases(for x seconds , not forever)
2.The frog is stunned for 1 second
The player must find out that everytime the Frog attacks 1 thing happen
1.Phodom recives 10 bonus armor and Fradz 100 bonus dmg(preety imba , yes)

So basicaly , the player have to let himself attacked by the frog as much as he can. Also he must make the light priest heal as much as posible , and the player must not kill the healer , because no heal=>no - armor. The player must NOT attack the  Light guardian , because it will stun the frog and it will increase the armor.

NOTICE:Both guardians have spell resistence ,so they can't be healed ,nor targeted by spells. Also the frog must not be slowed/stunned/silenced , because the combo will get ruined.

After the frog dies , next ingredient

NR2-THE AXE OF A FALLEN EXECUTIONER
An executioner busts inside the labirinth , and he keeps patroling with his imba dmg and taunt ability.

HOW TO BEAT
The player must find out that you can click the "dead frog" item to actually summon a that cursed frog , only with no aura , but a real huge AS and DMG.Also , the frog has imba HP , and a incinerate ability(everytime it attacks , the next attack will have bonus dmg)
NOTICE:The frog dies if it tries to get out of the labirinth.

The frogs last for 10 seconds , and while taunted , it can deal massive dmg to that executioner. The requied ammount of frogs should be like 5 , because the players must also try to outrun the
executioner. Also the call down for the summon frog ability is 60 seconds.

The executioner axe is an item , part of the Nightmare set(requied to beat the puzzle , also dead frog is a requied item). It deals +x dmg and wind axe ability.

Wind axe-The user trows the axe into the air. After 10 seconds , the axe will land on the same spot as send , dealing some dmg(enaught to kill...a resident)

NR3-30 Resident robes-Cinematic

F:Only 30 resident robes left.
*30 residents are teleporting inside the area , each one beeing neutral*
P:We can't kill them...The rest of Kar'gath will kill us.
F:Hmm...Hmm.hmm

The player can still summon that frog. This time , the frog will make the residents mad.The residents will attack the frog.Someoune should trow executioners axe into the air 30 times , the best way to kill residents. But the residents are moving after EACH attack they do.

How to beat
The residents are moving into an order. The player must find the order and the perfect spot to launch the axe.
NOTICE:If the residents  are not attacking the frog , they are invulnearble.

Nightmare puzzle done when Nightmare set is complete.Nightmare set has only the ability nightmare.IF nightmare is cast on an enemy , nothing happens. If cast on the sleeping resident - Cinematic

R:AAAAAAAAAAAH
F:At least he woke up!
R:You really scared me!
F:I scared the sh*t out of you!
P:Fradz!I'm sorry , he wanted to wake you up so badly...
R:Actually, I'm glad he did.You see..I have been cursed to sleep forever. But he woke me up.Now here's your reward mr.Fradz
F:Mister?Oh no...

Yea it was before mini-game and puzzle but then I changed just to puzzle.

That's just a hint. As you have probably seen I have too used ideas from other games.

Okay good Black, but the presentation is a little bit hard to read and understand. Also the idea is basically pretty simple but you have made it hard to undertand... '

And that dialogue in the end, "just what the ****".  ;D

What about 2 enries >:)

                                                      Spirints's Revenge

Phodom and Fradz are entering the Area
P:I'm starting to have a bad feeling about this place...how about you Fradz?
F:Hmm...
P:?
F:Hmm...
P:What is it?
F:Hmm...
P:What are you doing?
F:AHA!!!
*Fradz spins his swords , an invisible ghost reveales near him , that ghost is pushed back , and turns invisible again*
P:What!?Who's there!
F:A ghost!
P:Ghots? This place was creepy enaught without ghosts!
F:No , Phodom. This is a special part of Kar'gath. This is where the last piece of human  resistence tried to defend the last room of Kar'gath , before it was overrun by the undeath.
P:How do you know this?
F:A resident tell me ...actualy the rebellion leader did ...
P:Then we should get out of here?
F:No...You see ...these ghosts are actualy fiery ghosts , while binding to the vulcano of Kar'gath. They are immune to most of your spells , and mine are not making more then pushing them back.
P:*slams the ground* Damn! What can we do then?
F:Heh , these burning asses are not invincible tought ,... you see , there are levers scatered all @ this labyrinth.I think there are 10 levers.Everyone of them will start opening the big door over there(F points to a door). There lies the leader of these ghosts.
P:Ah...
F:I will cover your back againts these ghosts , remember they all are invisible. You musn't attack them , for they fell nothing of normal attacks , nor fire spells. Also you shouldn't let yourself attacked too much.

Part 2-The way to the levers
There are levers scatered all @ the area , But they have a PERFECT order. If you missed the order , they will all restart so you have to start all over again. Also the ghost have epic attack speed and incinerate attack. The ghost are taking 0% dmg from normal attacks , 0% from fire spells , and 30% from lightning spells(lightning spells also stun for 4 seconds bonus each). There are ghost everywhere , even their MS is verry slow. After all of the levers are pushed , the door opens

                                                    Part 3-John's revenge
A random looking HUMAN viliager bursts out from the area.
J:Remember me?
F:Huh?
P:Ohh no!Not you again!
F:Who's this ass?
P:He's that invi-
J:I am the leader of ghosts now , you can do absolutely nothing to stop me, I will have my revenge ...and my ultimate love
*All the ghosts are coming near John*
P:DAMN!
F:I can't understand...
P:Fire....YES!Fire cannot resist watter !Fradz!
F:Huh?
P:QUick!Go to the resident city and bring me watter!
F:On my way!
J:Your rienforcements are not going to help you!
F:Back!
J:Fast...but stupid.
F:Here's your watter
J:NOO!You will pay for this Phodom!
P:Sure sure *Splash*
                                    The end

I'm not expecting my posts to be "perfect".Mainly because I am not a perfectionist.I am , however , expecting them to be understandable , and I do belive they are , since so many ppl (including you)are capable of understanding/reading them.

Hello,

And I'm not expecting it either (although it would certainly be pleasing) on normal posts, but these are presentations, a sort-of pitches. Their nature is to be informative, convincing and most of all, based on the codex: As few typos and other grammar errors as possible.

Sure, we could go 'n' live without these rules, but oh what kind of a degeneration of mankind it would be. :)

No more venturing in the space, NASA!

I NEVER was a perfectionist.I am too lazy to be something like that.Anywayz , if ppl are realy intressted in something , they will go past the aspect into the middle of the whole thing.
