There's no reason to need more space. Forum formatting never breaks.
Along the shore the cloud waves break,
The twin suns sink behind the lake,
The shadows lengthen
In Carcosa.

Strange is the night where black stars rise,
And strange moons circle through the skies,
But stranger still is
Lost Carcosa.

Songs that the Hyades shall sing,
Where flap the tatters of the King,
Must die unheard in
Dim Carcosa.

Song of my soul, my voice is dead,
Die thou, unsung, as tears unshed
Shall dry and die in
Lost Carcosa.

If the forum formatting/program is the same as other standards there is a limit to how much you can fill in each post (i've seen forum posts where they had to reserv space, and ended up using it) but i will remove any unused posts as i go along :) (but thinking of using at least 1 post per chapter + 1 in the beginning for explaining)

Yeah, only 10 chapters now.  [-)

Awesome job so far!

Yea there's that maximum letter per post but I increases it from 10,000 to 100,000 and if more space is needed I can always increase it even more. It's whatever for me how you do this actually.

I'm going to use 1 post per chapter, and then name each post #Chapter [NUMBER] so that people can use search functions to find each chapter :)

so i didnt complete, but wrote a MAJOR part of the first map, please feel free to come with suggestions, corrections, and any other comments to the post (i will throw it through word to spell check, cause i caught myself making mistakes like eand instead of end, and cornor instead of corner... -.-')

when i'm done writing the actual walkthrough, ill ad color coding, like items=green, gold=yellow and stuff like that :P

Good, good. You might also want to look at my item list.

Here you kill all the fishterns (murlocs) located in the water.
They're called Fishtherns.
Quote
(maybe also avoid the flying bird people for now, we can take them down later when you smack ass (higher level/better items)).
Why? They're so easy to defeat.

Go back in the city and deliver the quest.
Calling Dalli a 'city'?

but you need to have 50 strenght or more together with the copper shovel.
50 Strength + Bronze Shovel. Enough.

Thanks Chimto, fixed the stuff you pointed out :) (probably not the only stuff, was writing all of this off my head without looking at anything but the map for marking the 10 digspots, so fairly well done in my own opinion :P
But please keep correcting me :P

Oh, and remember to click Sir Richard after the Worms quest.
And it's Bronze Shovel, not Copper Shovel.

Another incredible man. Your work is just fantastic!
Aero, about flowers, lucky boxes and other mini things, have you done it once and for all? It will make it easier for him to complete this walkthrough.

@Banpower1: will you add flowers'location to your walkthrough? I could help you with that simple thing :p, I just use the editor! Another thing, listen to Chimto, click Sir Richard after his first quest, his item walkthrough is great.

@Tears: I'm not going to incorporate the flowers location into the actual walkthrough, meaning i will not make the guide like, "after comming out from the house go pick up flower a+b+c found here, there and somewhere" but i can make a picture with all the flowers "dot'ed" on it, like i have at the bottom with the digsites :)

@pl4ton: thanks :)

@everyone: sorry for the timeout, right after writing all of it there is now, i was like "enough for today, and tomorrow perhaps also" and then i had homework, and weekend where i was busy, so had no time there either, and now it's monday, so back to chapter 1 pt2 :P

This is the current walkthrough after being proofread by me:
Quote
Click Birgitta for the Recipe - Potion of Strength. Go to the back of the house - there are 3 barrels here. Smash the standing one for 5 gold.
Now for the map to show you where to go:
From the house, go southeast, killing the Wuzzes along the way. When you reach the river there should be a log that you can use in order to cross it. Go west from there to find the Lever Puzzle.
Solution:
Spoiler (hover to show)
With the Lucky Clover now in your bag, follow the mountainside west. You'll find a spot where the dirt changed into a different colour. Dig here to gain 50 Gold (remember to pick it up after the short cut-scene) (dig shortcut: R Z E).
From the dig site go west, then southeast down to the road. You'll receive a quest to travel to the Ogre Mountain, but for now just ignore it. Go south, inbetween the two fields (a small animal farm and the maize farm). There's another dig spot down there. Dig it up for 50 Gold.
Go back to the road, then go west to Dalli. Buy the Bronze Shovel from Joe's Weapons - the shop southwest of the church. North of Joe's Weapons is Rudolf's Potion Place - buy some Bananas and potions here. Don't buy Breads - they aren't as cost-effective as Bananas.
At the southwest corner of the map is a dig spot containing the Fire Stone.
Take the quest from Guard Max - the guy west of Rudolf's Potion Place, then leave Dalli.
Follow the road east of Dalli until you see a Fishthern camp. Kill all of them. Cross the bridge northeast of the camp, then go west and talk to Nathalie. She'll give you a quest to kill the Fishthern Boss. Return to the camp - the Fishthern Boss is standing at the centre. He shouldn't provide any serious problems for you.
Take the Gladius from him, then return to Nathalie for 150 XP, 30 Gold and the Recipe - Potion of Agility.
Northeast of Nathalie's house, past the Widger camp is Sir Richard. He'll give you a quest to purge the worms in his farm. The worms are harmless, so if you couldn't complete this quest, you should give yourself a hearty smack on the back! Well done!
Richard will give you 150 XP and 40 Gold upon completion of this quest. Click him for a Lesser Magic Ball.
Go west - south of the small pool of water is a dig spot containing a Lesser Magic Ball.
Go south. You'll see a glade. There are 3 Quasches and a dig spot in it. Kill the Quasches and dig for a Combat King - Force Blow.
Near the northwest corner of the map is a dig spot containing a Minor Restoration Potion. South of this dig spot is a small hill. Kill the Golems here. The Adult Golem will drop a Magic Orb. The, kill everything in the northern half of the map.
Go to the hill north of Dalli. There are some golems here. Kill the Elder Golem, take the Elder Golem's Head, then return to Guard Max for 250 XP and 50 Gold.
Now, kill everything in the southern half of the map, then enter the Ogre Dungeon. The dungeon is pretty straightforward with almost no side paths. Kill the ogres there, and free the prisoners by walking up to them. There are 50 Gold, and the Lucky Box of chapter 1 here. Remember to wear the Lucky Clover when opening it. There's a dig spot here, but you can't dig it up yet. For now just leave it alone.
Save near the end of the dungeon.
You'll meet the big bad Ogre Boss. The only thing you have to watch out for is his channelling skill (2-2.5 seconds) which is very obvious because he gets invulnerable, flares up red flames around him and then he smacks his club down hard (200-300 AOE) for around 1000 damage. Take the Boss Point and Maragath's Belt from his corpse. Free the rest of the prisoners and leave the dungeon for 300 XP and 60 Gold.
Return to Phodom's house.
<PLOT SCENE>
Go to the northwestern corner of the map.
You should have killed all Wuzzes around here, so the Wuzz Commander alone won't be of much trouble. Take the Speedy Gauntlets and destroy the cage.
Return to the house again. Remember to kill all the Wuzzes on the hill at the centre of the northern half of the map.
<PLOT SCENE>
BOSS: SHADOW GOLEM
It is quite easy, however it has a channelling spell similar to the Ogre Boss which deals a considerable amount of damage (700 Damage) in an AOE (300-400).
Now, 4 more mini-bosses appear.
First, go to the hill at centre of the northern half of the map and kill the Wuzz Shaman.
The Elder Quasch is at the glade where you dug up the Combat King - Force Blow. The Assassin will ambush you when you're crossing the Ogre Mountain. The Bandit Warlord patrols the path between the bandit camps in the southern half of the map. They shouldn't be hard at all (though the Assassin can ensnare Phodom and has a skill to maximise his attack speed, so you might have to use a potion or two). Remember to take Maragath's Armor from the Bandit Warlord.
Go back to Dalli and buy Maragath's Amulet and combine it with Maragath's Armor and Maragath's Belt for Maragath's Set. You should have 50 Strength by now, so go and dig all spots that you couldn't dig before for a Glyph of Ability, Miraga's Armor and the first Spell Book spell - Volcanic Fissure.
Buy Miraga's Staff from Joe's Weapons and combine it with Miraga's Armor and Miraga's Ring for Miraga's Set.
Now, return to Sir Richard's house. He'll tell you to kill Ormester - a giant in his farm.
When Phodom attacks Ormester for the first time, he'll duck down and start his instant death spell (3 seconds) (Defiently does 1100 damage if not more!). Immediatly run around anticlockwise. He will cast 3 of these before stopping. He also casts Drain Life, which can outdamage Shield of Fire, but it's short-ranged, so it won't be hard to break the channelling.
Take the Boss Point from Ormester's corpse and return to Richard. You'll receive 350 XP and First Son.
Go to the southeastern corner of the map and you'll see some caravan people. Click the second most southwestern one. You'll receive a Potion of Strength.
If you want to kill the Elite/Epic Bosses, continue. If you don't, just skip to chapter 2.
Use some Boss Points to buy some Combat Kings (don't buy too many of the same kind though, the max level for Combat Kings is 10). Also use some of the Honor Points to buy lives, since the boss hits rather hard (the shaman of Chapter 1 is west of the Lever Puzzle).
Take the Elite Quest from the soldiers guarding a cave northeast of Dalli. Enter that cave to start the fight.
ELITE BOSS: FISHTHERN DEMON
Watch out when it uses the attack that either causes rocks to fall or waves to burst out from its body. Fishthern Warriors also spawn occasionally, though they shouldn't be hard to deal with. Otherwise, this is a pretty easy battle.
You'll get 3 Honor Points, 3 Boss Points and the Tzitorin upon the Fishthern Demon's death. Return to the cave to get First Brother.
Now, time to take on the Epic Boss! Talk to the Muraudar clan members standing north of Phodom's house to take the quest. Choose 'I want to challenge him.' to start the fight.
EPIC BOSS: MURAUDAR CLAN'S ARCHMAGE
This fight is not really complicated but the damage from his spells is somewhat overwhelming, so it's like 2-3 hits consecutively and Phodom's dead. His Stampede spell hits you for about 1000 damage, his Flame Strike ticks for 200 damage per 0.5 seconds, his fireball hits for about 1000 damage, his Breath of Fire hits very hard (he always casts it when Phodom's below 1000 hp, so it kills him), a summoned golem called Urum, a Mana Burn skill (300 mana burned, combusted as damage), and a Rain of Fire that is always cast directly on Phodom and hits for 8 times.
When he reaches 1000 health, you can choose to kill him or not. If you choose to kill him, you'll get a Necromancer Staff, along with -1 Morality, but you have to kill all the clan members. If you choose to spare him, you'll get an Anaho Relic, along with +1 Morality, but you won't be able to take the items in the huts there. Regardless of how you decided to do with him, you'll always get 3 Honor Points and 3 Boss Points.
Time to end the chapter.
