I figured you wouldn't like Phodom's power it's not over-powered per say, but it is too much of a punch so probably best left for an item latter on. In regards to Galeoth I think a form of mana shield may well be better so I will take a stab at it!
Phodom.
Lightbringer: Passive: When hit by a spell Phodom has a 25% chance of healing himself for mag%+1(magbous + abilitylevelx100). (Note: it is as intended that the spell can proc from either enemy or friendly spells making him much more tankish, and maybe even make a more offensive caster build possible!)
Galeoth.
Ice Barrier: 60 second cooldown. Active: Galeoth gains an ice barrier that blocks (abilitylevelx0.5 damage per mana) up to a maximum of half Galeoth's mana, also when the barrier is destroyed it shatters freezing nearby enemies for 2 seconds.
