Oh BLOODY HELL, you don't want boring achievements, yet you only "chose" clich?d ones instead of something that's at least uncommon (except for the "Twinkle Toes" maybe). Why are you even asking for ideas when all you want is the basic crap? I mean yeah, you do need the basic achievements every other game has, but why do you freaking leave it there? Where's TCO's own touch? Nowhere right now, at least.
Okay, well I think we will have some boring achievements. ^^

Few examples:

Move along, Rookie! - Complete the campaign on Child's Play difficulty.
We don't need achievements like this because we have multiboard showing these.

The Pathfinder - In chapter 4, make your way through the cave maze without choosing a wrong path a single time.
I don't see this very interesting achievement. If I would see such a achievement it gives me a bad feeling about the dungeon; I want to travel where I want and how I want.

Suicide Artist - Die 10 times or more during a single chapter.
This is unique idea, but it is really bad idea.

Touch of Nails - Get yourself killed by the damage reflected from your normal attacks.
Like I could even create this.

Transportation Traffic - In chapter 2, use the teleports more than 10 times.
Just... Why?

Just a Legend? - Fail to reach the Omega Monster in chapter 3.
Eeeh, why I would want to complete such an achievement.

Pickpocketing Disaster - Fail to steal an item (from an enemy that has something to steal) 20 times in a row from a single enemy (assuming you have more than 0.1% chance to succesfully steal after enemy's steal resistance).
Yea, right. Just right. No.
