Who's the guy in Mystic Forest???

I went into Mystic Forest after finishing Elite Boss Fight in Chapter 5, and found a guy who's 80 grade. He said "I'll leave too".
and disappeared. I couldn't find him before or after that. Who's him? A secret quest or hidden shop?

Lavareon is of no importance to gameplay in chapter 5.

How do you know that name?

Anyways... He's one of the mysterious characters who plays bigger part in the later chapters...
