Now that this thread has been made much more noticeable, I hope it would help with the acute tunnelvision that a lot of people here have.

Along the shore the cloud waves break,
The twin suns sink behind the lake,
The shadows lengthen
In Carcosa.

Strange is the night where black stars rise,
And strange moons circle through the skies,
But stranger still is
Lost Carcosa.

Songs that the Hyades shall sing,
Where flap the tatters of the King,
Must die unheard in
Dim Carcosa.

Song of my soul, my voice is dead,
Die thou, unsung, as tears unshed
Shall dry and die in
Lost Carcosa.

I found it impossible to steal Trinket of Hatred from the Death Knight of chapter 4 with just the widger's ring... Is there any other item i can perhaps find in chapter one or chapter four that could increase the steal chance further?

Nothing, but it's going to be lowered in the next version anyway.

Thank you for the response, although... I have more questions  :o  :D

1) What is the maximum hero lvl you can reach?

2) What are the maximum skill level values for regular and the ultimate skills (meaning the ones you choose in the settings; ultimate meaning the last ones you get to pick (like phoenix strike, northern winds etc).?

3) What is the maximum level for the combat kings?

4) Where do you find / How do you trigger battle with --- the Ghost Wolf in chapter 5?

Hope it's not too much of a hassle ^^ Thank you in advance

Depends on the chapter.

Since we can't reach the level cap yet, we don't really know.

5.

Kill a certain amount of wolves.

Brilliant. Really helpful guys, thank you very much. Hm... If you don't mind answering couple of more questions, here goes.

1) What are the methods of getting higher luck amounts in early chapters? I know that the luck is transferable through give-ups, but just want to confirm if it's possible to use another method... From what i see, getting 8 base luck would mean 8 playthroughs with give-ups by taking the luck increasing starting pack (although, i am not sure if all 3 characters get the luck bonus)

2) Does fire mastery increase the heal effects of Fire Ward and Shield of Fire? And would an ice mastery increase the heal effect of Galeoth's autocast heal/buff as well?

3)Tharo... Where and how do you meet this npc?

No.

If you picked all the luck packs, then you would have 3 Luck instantly at chapter 1. You can also get permanent Luck boosts in chapters 6 and 7.

No, if I recall correctly.

Chapter 5: Kill the Epic Boss.
Chapter 7: After killing the boss and in the 'Fradz and Tharo' optional cinematic.

You can get tome lucks in chapters 7, 8, 9 and 10. Meaning that if you have all lucky starting packs plus you get the tomes you'll get from each play trough 4 + 3 = 7 luck.

Fire Mastery does increase the damage of Shield of Fire and Fire Ward. But I'm planning to change the ability to something else that is also a passive ability. The reason is that the Mastery Skills makes the game too unbalanced.

Why do you want to meet Tharo?

Thank you...

Well, as for the last question... Will it be possible to carry in your give-up bonuses in 1.6d once it's out? Or will i have to start from scratch without give-ups again (although, i am not against the latter idea anyhow... :D )

Read the 6th post in this topic. It does not mention Give Up, but it does work too.

Currently replaying Chapter 6 because I missed one Dig spot.... the question is how many dig spots are in the lava area? I've found only two there, elixir and decimation, is this correct?

Another question is, is the lava cloak the magma cloak or is it different?

I think there is some problem in map 4. I can not steal the item ("Mielipuoli" and "A thing"). although I do not fight and only use "steal" while the percentage was 75%
