The Chosen Ones

So if I start the game four times, and each time pick bonus luck at the begining, and then give up as soon as I reach chapter 4, that will do it? What other ways are there to increace permanent luck? I found couple of Lucky Clovers, but I'm not sure about their permanency.
Also, will I benefit from Evil Eyes somewhere later in the game?
Oh, and is it possible to check the end-game bonuses without ending the game? Does it matter how much Game Points I gather? And do I have to wait for Aero to finish the campaign to obtain this bonus, or just complete chapter 8, and the save will automaticaly generate?
