startup problem

hello this is my first topic here ..

My problem is when it loads the maps and i hit Esc for skip cinematics it doesnt show the heroes
it shows only the panels.I`ve tried to load the second chapter and it does the same.
what is the problem
i have 1.26 patch

Start from the prologue instead of chapter 1 or above.

All the chapters will be closed when the full versions start. Currently all chapters are available so that you guys can continue your save easily after every new version without needing to start from the beginning.
