Ok, here is the hint. Look at the colour of the circles.
Killing the golems = Changing the colour

More hints,
Same colour = next level.

At first time, i got stuck in this puzzle too but i found next puzzle was easy, maybe because we hav known it from alpha version (chapter 7 in alpha version i reckon)

404 - Attachment Not Found

I can't seem to find the file (yet) elsewhere on the internet either. Two threads on this site include a link that seems to be broken for this puzzle.

Also, a minor note, the Vacuum trick doesn't seem to work anymore for grabbing the rune... so a map would help.

In the meanwhile, I'll see if I can find my way to that rune.
