I thought there were 5 spawn spots for Tazfeda.

One is by the Troll Village Warp (he's just west of the teleport, next to the river)

One is where the Otzi King used to be

One is southeast of the North Hill Warp (near the river)

One is somewhere in the south hills area (somewhere like near where the panda ambushes you)

One is near the "middle of the river" where those icbergs with the penguins are (there's a teleport nearby).

I did tell you but i do recommend going through the forum because some question was asked before already but if you really can't find it the users on this forum will always help!
