Random Bugs
Description: Once after I defeated Xada, he suddenly changed form and moved into the main corridor. This bug was not repeated when i restarted. Again, in one game, I finished Teleportation puzzle with only Fradz but didnt get the Opportunist item! Then i take Phodom and the puzzle goes on again and again even though i solved it!
